We are making a feature film on a shoestring budget (nothing new).

We don’t have much money, but we are looking to buy your used equipment. We are looking for EVERYTHING you have to offer.

If you have some used equipment you are trying to get rid of or would like to loan, please contact Kenton@KentonBartlett.com.

Major items we are looking for:
Steadicam
Red gear
Tripod
Nikon lenses
Filters
Lighting gear
Sound gear
Misc. supplies
Much more - we're making a feature

Check out the film’s website here: www.KentonBartlett.com.

Many of the things on your list would be much better off rented than purchased. For example a steadicam package for a feature with the Red would cost between $30k-$80k. Lighting gear will be much cheaper to rent. A 4k rents for about $175 a day. If you go buy one you will be spending $4-$10k depending on vintage.

Also, are you going to use all this stuff everyday of production? Careful planning can save you a ton of money. Try to find an experienced 1st AD and an experienced line producer to help you out. Pay them for a couple of days to break down the script and do a prelim schedule. It will save you big in the long run.

Good luck, have fun,

Nick

I visited your website, I'll have to try to remember to use other peoples hard work and clips from their fine movies to sell my next project as well.

Good Luck!
