Can I get a good recommendation for a utility to record whatever is happening onscreen on my Mac? I'd love to do a few of the little tutorials I see people on here doing for workflow, edit, etc.

Thanks!

Camtasia is good for making video screen captures for tutorials and such.

I can't figure out the price of Screenflow. is the "demo" really a fully featured app?

I purchased ScreenFlow yesterday. I also own a copy of SnapZ and I must say that ScreenFlow is much better, imho. Many more options and the image is better.

+1 for screenflow. The features are awesome. It lets you record your screen, your built in iSight (or another connected camera) and computer audio, iSight or external mic audio all on separate tracks so you can edit later.
You can also decide after the fact to highlight mouse clicks, zoom in on areas to show details, bring the video of you from the iSight in and out as needed.
Awesome screen recording tool. Watch the online clips to get an idea of the features.

SCREEN FLOW! FTW. It's a little spendy. But it does it's job SO well. Easy, sophisticated, and powerful. It's also the only one I've found that will record ANYthing on your screen properly (so far).
For instance, snapz, and the other one mentioned might or might not capture a flash instance in a webpage at all or properly. Or it might take up too much overhead and slow the computer down. I've always had good experiences with Screenflow.
