LCD screen protector?

Does anybody know of anything out there. I bothers me to no end to see a director (or whoever is practicing douchbaggary that day) jabbing his finger in the LCD to show me something.

Use a label maker to put the words "DON'T TOUCH" across the top edge.

I bought screen protectors for both the lcd screen and rear lcd on the camera itself. - one scratch and your screen is ruined. And ALLL directors who dont own cameras themselves touch the screen.


i bought from company in the US - i think they were called screenpatrons or patronus... they also make custom sizes.

I use Zagg InvisibleSHIELD for my 7" LCD.

The Dell Latitue XT tablet screen coverage for $21.95 is enough for two 7" LCDs with enough left over for one or two rear LCDs.

Keep in mind that in order to install the shield you have to unscrew the LCD case, which then voids your warranty.

I use a piece of Schnieder Rihno Glass,
Its cut just for the RED LCD, then sealed in with clear Silicone.

Its scratch proff and smudge proff. I tell people the screen is basically hermetically sealed. It doesnt effect exposure or color nor does it glare. It specifically designed to seal and protect the screens of high end LCD's, We have panavision to thank for the development of this product and the high level of quality they demanded from schnieder.

it bassically looks like an optical flat glued onto your monitor. except it wont scratch and can be cleaned with anything, and keeps just out for good....

imho... pretty sexy.

I just measured the width and height and told them the dimensions then they shipped the correct sizes cant remeber measurements...

I'm in contact with Screen Patronus. They're cutting some screen protectors to the size of the Red 5.6 inch LCD. You should then be able to order them directly by simply mentioning what they're for. If anybody is near Bensalem PA, it would great to stop by and bring them a LCD some they can adjust it to perfect size.
