Varispeed, 60fps, RED-Drive = NO?

Any reason why I can't set the camera with the following settings:

REDCODE 28, 3K 16:9, Varispeed on at 60 fps, timebase 23,98 fps ??

According to the manual I should be able to do 60 fps in 3K 16:9, but the camera won't go higher than 50 fps. This is with a RED-Drive.

yep, it's been nerfed there some some reason. Set it to 2:1 and you will get your 60fps.

Thanks, that's already what I was doing but was wondering why it wasn't working as I thought it should.
