Red charger, fuse blow up

Hello everybody, this is an emergency.
Just going back from a filming and had an issue with the red charger. when I turned it on, the fuse exploded (the fact is yesterday I charged the battery without problem) . I changed the fuse and plugged the charger in another place, it blew again. Is there another fuse in the charger than the one near the plug?
I'm really in the shit, tomorrow I have to send the camera to London for the audio upgrade before leaving Italy. Can I send the charger with the rest of the gears?

You cannot send other hardware in with the audio upgrade program; so I suggest you take this opportunity to file a ticket with RED at red.com/support or call them and RMA the charger. Sooner you send it the sooner it comes back.

In the email that I've received from Red about the audio update, they told me to send also the charger for the upgrade too.
This is an excerpt of the mail:

"We also ask that you send in any BATTERY PLATES, RED CHARGERS, and RED 18-50 and 50-150 lenses that you may have along with your camera. Any BATTERY PLATES (separate, on a RED CRADLE, on a BATTERY BELT CLIP, or RED QUICKPLATE) and CHARGERS that do not have the current gen mating pin assemblies will be upgraded to current generation. This upgrade will provide increased reliability when powering the RED ONE with a RED BRICK".

However, as far as I'm aware they will not be performing any other servicing than replacing the mounting hardware. Of course, if all they're doing is a straight replacement then definitely send it with the camera.

My charger was only charging on one side. Sent it in with the upgrade program and they fixed it. Ask your rep before sending.

The new battery mating design has vertical 'fins' on each side of the spring-loaded plastic covering the pins.
