Switching Proxy Files

I have a FCP6 project that has the _M QT proxy files, and want to swap them out for the _H proxy files so I can export a 720p self contained QT file without having to upres the _M files.

Is there any way to do this short of individually CTRL-clicking each file and selecting "reconnect media" one at a time?

The internet seems to be void of the answer to this question. I can't be the only person who has a sequence of _M proxies that wants to change proxies...
