Hello all,
I am new to RED to say the least. I previously have used the standard prosumer cameras (Sony VX series, and I own a DVX100B), as well as a Panasonic HVX200 at work. I am looking to upgrade my set up and have been doing some research on the Scarlet. I know the information is limited as of right now, but I have a few questions for this online community:
I am curious to know if anyone can further explain the crop factor that will come into play with the Scarlet?
Can any 35mm lens be mounted on a Scarlet with the right mount?
What would be a good general applications lens, similar and width to a stock lens that comes on a standard prosumer camera like an HVX?
Info on the mini primes?
Like I said before I am new to everything that is RED, if anyone has any good material I can read that will clear any of these issues up I would love to check them out!
Thank you in advance,
JPD
