Have you ever used one of these things? Honestly, how well does it work? Where does the viewfinder go? Does the camera overheat?

Thanks.

Stephen

I haven't had a chance to use it yet as these raincovers did not come in time for a recent job I did in Vietnam. Man do I wish I had these during the random downpours of rain we went through in nov-dec. We protected the cameras under umbrellas and large plastic bags. Having these would have been more efficient, effective and safe.

The camrade has vent webbed holes on the side for ventilation.

I'd love to buy it as long as it has all the parts: Camera cover, EVF cover & LCD cover.
Please email me I we can go from there: scope235@gmail.com

Hey Jeff meh just looked at ya’lls avatar an’ saw da Mitchell BNC do ya’ll haz a rain cover fo’ that?? ya’ll must be loving ya’lls Red one camera.

You know, for fun this afternoon, I pulled out that old Mitchell BNCR and built it up on a Worrall gear head and an old set of wooden Mitchell sticks!
If I had more room, I'd love to build my Red up on a head & sticks and shoot a few photos of both cameras together! Imagine the state of the art of the 1950's with the state-of-the-art of the 21st century!
Wild to see how big a Mitchell 1,000' mag is next to a tiny Red drive! And to think that the Red drive holds as much screen time of footage as 20 x 1,000' rolls of 35mm film!!
