  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I'm feeling compelled to blow a little sunshine around.

RED HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's probably not news to anyone who's dealt with them recently, but I dropped my camera off for the free soundboard / S4i upgrade, They did it in 4 days!, I was able to pick it up today in Valencia to catch a rental this weekend.

Also had a drive issue last week that was taken care of in a very crisp manner.

Totally happy customer. Thanks. Sean, Brian, John, Jarred, other Brian, and Jodie. Y'all rock.

I dropped mine off yesterday for the upgrade and got a call today from John. The upgrade is complete and it's ready to go!

I sent it in all the way from Singapore and the turnaround was less than 10 days!!!
Now, that's what you call SPEEDY GONZALES!!
 
Yea they really are the best customer service around... I've owned my Red for almost a year now and it feels like I've been apart of the family forever
 
Yeah totally agree, their service is top notch and getting better!!!
 
Got to give praise to Nate over there. Always handles all my problems or questions in a fast polite manner.
 
John and Brian just coordinated two separate orders to ship out on a specific day for me, which was really helpful. I travel constantly and needed the packages to arrive on a specific day. Really went out of their way to help me out. Thanks guys!
