I just shot a music video and everything look great in the monitor and in the playback. But now that I am in my office looking at the shots in red alert everything is blue. I don´t know why. When I press default in the red alert, it becomes as it looks on the playback of the camera.(GOOD) But I believe anyway , that the camera is shooting in blue cause when I see other shots from other shooting sessions before, the diference between the shot in red alert with default or not is very similar. It only has a little color temperature diference in contrast with the shots of my last shooting session where the diference is enormous.
I have to shhot tomorrow so please is anybody can help me I will really appreciate it.
thanks in advance.

Just reset the look on your camera in the video/color/look/clear menu. Make sure you have the right white balance set and shoot. If stuff comes out weird in Red Alert you can deal with that later. You didn't post enough info to tell you what's happening in Red Alert. There are plenty of ways to make an image blue.

If you are using firmware 17, there seems to be a bug. My images come up completely black at first, but I double-checked the in-camera look. After resetting them inREDAlert, I can work just fine with them.

Espero que puedo ajudar.
