Which lens should i use to get this picture?

Hi,

I need your help to for lens angle selection;

I have following nikon lens kit;
Tokina 11-16mm
Nikon 20mm
Nikon 28mm
Nikon 50mm
Nikon 85mm
Nikon 135mm
Nikon 80-200mm

And i need to get these pictures
Can you help me which lens should i use to get the following frames?
(Ex: picture 1=20mm, picture 3=50mm)

I'd say they're all shot around 20mm with a 2:35 crop put on afterwards or they were shot actual anamorphic (around 35-40mm then). Can't say from these pics.

Picture One looks like a 200 I would say the other three are with the same lens possibly a 50 or an 85.

It might have been shot with a light weight zoom, for example 15-40mm. If it was S35 and not anamorphic. Then it's hard to say but it still look like fairly wide range to me. If it was anamorphic it was around 40mm, which is effectively 20mm

PS the first one is not 200mm since it all was shot handheld or on so so steadicam
