Thanks a lot, Jason. the flm festival is indeed open to everyone. They accept international short films as long as they are subtitled in spanish.

The duration has to be under 3'30'' and the short film has to open there.

Best part is that the festival offers 60.000€ in prizes. Deadline is over now but keep an eye on it for the next time.
