Filters....where to buy and which brand ?

I just ordered my redrock mattebox and would now like to get a set of Nds (3/6/9) and a circular pola.

Are there any companies that sell used quality filters online ? what price range should I be looking at ?

also, schneider, tiffen....are there considerable differences in quality ?

You may can try to order from cineused.com or visualproducts.com,
they got the whole range of the used filter.

For the feature film seems the tiffen are most popular, and schneider, tiffen they are right now sounds like the same group, so, both of the quality won't be problem.

Formatt are great filters, the HD range are prefered. I like them as apart from being Opticaly very good they have an edge protector.

There's a thread on this board re Pola's, cant seem to find it now, advising that Linear Pola's are fine with Red and prefered. May be worth checking out.
