  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Ketch, here is another website that I have used in the past... Perhaps it can help you out.

As with anything, do extensive research in to how it works and if it is right for you:

I believe they take 10% of the toal funds raised, which is a lot, but if you make your goal, what's it to you? :-)

Another good thing, as I understand it, is that you can set your goal to be raised, and if you don't quite raise it, you can put up the rest yourself...

Anyway, it helps organize fund rasing, but may or may not be right for you.

Hope it helps... maybe in preproduction?
 
Thanks Casey, will check it out! But I might just implement Tony's page in to my site and use a DONATE button from my Paypal International Premier account, they charge .30c per transaction plus the fee ranging from 1.9 to 2.9, better then any other I seen since Tony give the idea.

This man deserve it

I know Ketch for over 15 years now,I really admire this guys balls,when he went to Italy to get hes kidneys remove I thought for sometime that he was gone for good, but one day my phone ring and there he was,it was a very happy day ,because this guy motivate people with his courage, thank God I'm healthy as a bull ,but sometimes I let myself down for stress ,work o relationships. and I look at him and I said to my self,what I complaining about it.
this guy has been in the hospital for almost 3 years,he die and he come back because he has unfinish business,and that is to make hes movie,since I meet Ketch he has been talking about this movie and missfortune has stop him from doing it.
I never see a guy so motivated to his dream, he is at the studio 18 hours a day writing and finding ways to make this dream come true.

This guy has a heart big as a house if someone deserve an oportunity is Ketch.

In the name of my son Brenden and mine thank you for help us and thank you for be my friend.

What a first post! Welcome to REDUSER!!

Your words truly go deep, and not because you are my Best Friend, but because of how much we have been thru together, and for all the help that you are giving at no pay, even when you are loosing your house and have a nine year old to support, you continue to come over the studios and be there for me, YOU ARE TRULY APPRECIATED BYHOND WHAT WORDS COULD EVER SAY!!


And as far as me helping you guys out, I don't know about that, helping you out, yes I have done that and will continue to do that as much as I can, because you are my Best Friend, but helping Brenden out? I don't think you got that one right :) as it is always Brenden the one that helps me out, He is only nine, but what an hearth your son has, and it truly outsmarts the both of us, not too hard to do :) every time He comes over to the studios, the first thing He always does is watch what I have been writing and correcting my spelling :) apart from the fact that the things He says to me touch my hearth in ways that can't be explained, it is one thing when you or some other Adult friend says something great about me and supports my Dream, and my craziness but coming form a Nine year old, it is something else.

Love you both, and I thank you my true friend for your support, and it breaks my hearth the fact that soon will be parted again, it truly does, but you know I must go.

I don´t know you in person but it was and is always a pleasure to read your posts and contributions here on reduser.
If your days in LV are over, and you move back to Italy, be sure there are folks you can count on here in Europe as well. If i can help you in any way, let me know and i´ll help wherever i can.

Yes my days in Vegas will be over as soon as the scenes for PERSEVERANCE to be filmed here will be over, then off to LA and then to Miami, and finally to Italy were I'll finish shooting the scenes there, and then remain there as well.

Will love to look you up, as I intend to take it easy and dedicate some time to travel and Photography.

I don't know what is up with me some times, but what I know is that Time keeps shrinking on me and it seems surreal that just few days after filling prompted to make this Thread, here I go once again in critical conditions in the Hospital, you can read it here http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?t=24422

My focus has however not shifted but instead has been fortified and will work harder and stronger then ever to make "Perseverance" and hope to get your help in any way possible, I'm convinced now that going to HOPRAH could indeed be one of the single best thing I could do for "PERSEVERANCE" so if any of you has ways of making this happen, would be eternally appreciated :)

I have no words as to how to express my gratitude for you coming on board, I know your work and you ROCKS, as you did initially for my company logo, till of course I decided to go completely nuts with it, and had waited a long time before making the decision to make the changes with out you, many have offered and posted different ideas of it, and at the end Peter did the logo for me, I still fill bad about that, as your original logo was kick a%#$@# as it was, but I had to make it to the point of what I do, so I changed, of course I also felt like S%#$@ when I found out that your self had gone thru some serious Shit, and wish you the best of recovery as well my friend.


I appreciate this from you so much, and I know that either you come visit to Italy or I'll be coming to visit you Down Under, since I'll be visiting New Zealand I figure you are not too far any way :) Thank you from the Heart my friend.

Can't wait to start seen some Posters and stuff for it, this way I'll have something for Oprah to advertise the Movie with.

Also I'm now talking with a Publisher as to write the Novel, and like to have the exact same cover for both the MOvie and the Novel as well as other Movie Book companion and stuff.

Since I've come on board this project at a preliminary stage, Ketch would like me to put forward a suggestion for the movie title..

I think the Title "perseverance" doesn't cut it for the film. Its too Hallmark Channel, Its too short, and it sounds too common. I think purely form a branding perspective, the story lends itself to a gritty and edgy style rather than soft spoken Hallmark channellesque title (sorry.. the title just sounds that way).. And sometimes the name of the film is the first point of contact with meaning you have with the film..

Im thinking along the lines of the films, "Touching the void", "Walking the Line", "Shaw shank Redemption".. ETC. They all have themes of perseverance.. Yet their titles convey meaning which becomes a grander less obvious part of the Narrative.

Thoughts? perseverance.. Do you like / Hate the title.. Im putting forward a suggestion to change it. Thoughts?

Hey Ace,

I appreciate your help and perspective points on this, and as I said previously during the conversations, as you have come on board with a serious position and will be in charge of taking care many of the most important aspects of this film, I trust and value your opinion.

What I'm unmovable from is the story, were it takes please and how is told, the title however, even so it does speak about the movie, as I indeed persevere my entire life to get here toady, I tough it was a great title, nonetheless it is still a working title, and it can be found to be the best title for this movie, or not, I'm up for great suggestions, and if one comes along that sounds better, and will do better for my story, well then I'm up for it.

Thanks again for coming on board Ace, I know that your work will be amazing, and already look forward for the Initial Poster.
