  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

RED to be announced Monday

Most of your may of noticed that DVXuser is welcoming RED with open arms. If you have lived in a hole the last 6 months and haven't heard about RED, it's a new 4k ultra HD camera being announced at NAB that is sure to make an incredible impact on the industry. Find more about RED : here :

This is a belated message as for uncontrollable reasons Ive been far and away from this forum that is close to my heart...

What a hell of a ride its been! I cant even fathom the stuff that you guys have been doing the past 3 months let alone how far its come the past 3 years.

I remember my first encounter with RED back in 05/06, I posted a still image in full res from one of my fashion shoots shot on a Canon 1Ds 135/L, I audaciously challenged Jim:

"If RED can produce an image like this, I'll jump off a bridge!"

And this was before the camera had even been realized! Heheh... The moral of the story is. Do not make any bets with guy.

Congratulations RED, Team, Jim, Jarred. I can see that its only just begun.

Congrats on a great idea brought to life. We really have been able to step up our clientele with the purchase of the RED. It has kept us out of the grips of the recession for sure single handedly.
Thanks RED team for your efforts and especially Nate for being so helpful and proactive with the customer service.
