I recently directed a single camera shoot at a local concert and the footage turned out great. However, one of the recording sequences (about 20 minutes in length) has produced grey and frozen frames. The clip started off ok but about 3 minutes in these frames appear and last for 1-10 seconds, inconsistently throughout the remainder of the clip. This results in a picture I can't use as well as video that is out of sync with audio throughout the remainder of the clip.

Is there a way I can repair the clip?

Thanks,
C

Can you email me (d e a n a n - a t - r e d)?

We can look at the clip to diagnose.

Is there a fix?

Hey, is there any fix to this problem? We seem to be having the same issue. When watching playback off the camera, instead of showing grey frames, the camera seemed to skip, rather than playback at regular speed. But now watching them on the computer, there are gray frames that have appeared in random places. The footage was shot on Red Drives (not Red CF cards) and there was almost zero camera movement at the time. Please advise.

Thanks,
David
