shots are just empty black windows!

I can't get redcine to properly load any of the shots from our shoot last night. redcine loads them fine, quicktime are great, but redcine just load all the shots as a series of empty black windows.

build 17, 4k 16x9 rc28, latest REDCINE

Any help appreciated.

I sometimes get this, go to color and mess with the s curve, an image should appear.
