Can someone tell me if the GPI trigger function has a maximum rate at which it can be triggered in "one-shot" mode? I'm hoping I can create a circuit with a film projector that will force the RED to take one still frame 3, 6, or 9 times a second. (3/sec is the slowest I can go.)

I'm working on a DIY project similar to Mathew Greene's ( http://reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?p=348533#post348533 ) But I'm using an old Eumig projector and probably a digital hall effect sensor to trigger the GPI.

Last I heard from Stuart was 6FPS on the gpio port. I am finalizing the code on impero to do remote frame ramping and I will know this afternoon.... I'll let you know.

Hey, I've wanted to try the ramping thing on my camera for a while. Can someone send me a link to a trigger I can buy to hand trigger the ramp during a shot?

Thanks.
