Digi mag won't recognise

gday ,

i have a drama with a red cam biuld in 900's that won't recognise digmags have tried using different drives and cables but still won't work. i think its maybe a problem with the drive port on the camera or does anyone know of anything else that could cause this problem would love to know!

If you have tried multiple drives and cables with no change then you should reinstall firmware 1st, if that is not the remedy then we would need to bring the camera in to evaluate.
