I no longer have an EOS camera and I figured with the new 5dm2 out (and some birger mounts and other EOS mounts out there), there is bound to be people wanting to put their nikon lenses or m42 lenses on it!

Here is what is for sale:

1x Canon EOS to Nikon adapter (High quality) $30
(lets you put nikon lenses on an EOS body)

and

1x Canon EOS to M42 adapter (high quality) $30
(lets you use the many m42 lenses on an EOS body)

Both focus to infinity strait out of the box, there aren't any optics in them. I did get "focus confirmation" on my digital rebel with these adapters, not sure if all of the EOS bodies will get it but I would bet they would.

$30 a piece and I will ship for free to anyone in the US! PM me. Thanks.

For anyone curious, this is normally phrased the other way around i.e. lens adapter to body for instance should read Nikon to EOS adapter or m42 to eos. They are readily available on ebay and other places and work fine. Canon EOS is 44mm flange focal distance so most other lenses can work on EOS (or Birger Canon) with a simple mechanical adapter. The best bang for the buck are Contax/Yashica Zeiss lenses (often abbreviated c/y) available on the used market for very reasonable prices, exceptional optical quality and the best mechanically of any of the SLR lenses. Very similar to the current Zeiss ZF type of lenses but about half (or less) of the price on the used market for good ones. Contax was Zeiss's SLR which was taken over by Yashica in the 70s or 80s and then discontinued in the early 2000s.
