What is this ? (Flicker ??)

Please Help !!

Please take a look at the pictures attached.

I shot with a strobe light and there is this weird line going down in all my shots where I used this light ... is this Flicker or what ??

Haven't see the original footage yet, just a low res quicktime of it... do you think this is a post issue ? any ideas ?? can I fix this ?

This were our settings:

320 ISO
180 shutter
23.98FPS
Red 709
RED code
Build 16, version 3.2.5

Unsyncronized strobes show what seems to be the worst effect caused by cameras with a "rolling shutter" (assuming the skew is low enough to not cause the jello effect during quick pans). The rolling shutter on film cameras is out of focus, so the line is not as hard, and therefore this effect is much less noticable.
