More Doritos Commercials

Wow, there's some seriously good entries this year.

Jerrod, I liked yours, but agree with shooter in the other thread... it's a bit creepy. Of the entries above, I liked the girl fight one the best. The burglar one the least -- it was done well, but the whole finger licking thing at the end didn't make me want to grab a bag of Doritos.

I liked that one best. You must have a lot of experience teasing your cat with a laser pointer because I relate way more to having Doritos junk all over my fingers. That and licking a fat guy. :usd:

Actually to clarify a little...

Chris Roberts was the fabulous producer on all of these projects.

I (Chris Armstrong) directed/wrote the Cat/Laser Pointer Spot ("The Chase"):

Brandon Lippard was the DP on all three.

Wes Llewellyn was the director of the "Girl Fight" video.

Brad Bosley directed the Burglar spot.

As producer and supreme dictator for life, I hereby take credit for everyone else's work, especially Chris Armstrong. (joking)

I have to say I really liked this one. There are a few of them that I think has the the best chances of getting in the top 5 (and I'm hoping I'm one of them) and this is one of those entries. The only thing that bothers me is that everything looks amazing. The shots, the graphics, the gay man jumping up and down is hilarious, but then the title at the end seemed a bit lax. Like it was an afterthought.

Great work everyone, I am glad to see that other people took the competition seriously and put their best foot forward. On the other hand, you have made it much more difficult for me to win.
Curses!

thanks! (looking through call sheets ...) The director was Mike Goubeaux. I'm not sure how the concept came up (the concept was a late in the game change). But I do recall I thought it was better then their original.

The whole creative goes back to the Dandy Dwarves however.
