So just to clarify, when we send in our camera for the Upgrade Program, will we get a new 16GB CF reader for FREE? That seems ridiculously generous, even for RED...

Yes, that is correct. Each camera will get the upgrade to the new CF module for free. I believe they will also send the CF module for free, to any camera that has not been upgraded, on your first order of 16GB CF cards.

All current 8GB cards will still work. The new module is a higher performance unit to handle the faster 16GB cards and other larger/faster cards.
