[Feature Request] In/Out as Timecode

If this has been asked and answered please forgive me and point me to the relevant area

I'd love to have the In / Out entering feature of Shot as a timecode entry rather than frames. This'd help me with matching my pull-list EDLs until the EDL feature is enabled.
