I used the Peleng 8mm on a Rap Video about 3 weeks ago.....it looked good. Actually, for the money, it looked great!

Unless you want to pay $6K plus for a used zeiss 10mm (if you can find one), probably your best bet is to find a Kinoptik 9.8mm. They come up on Ebay occasionally and seem to go for between $1,000 and $1,500. Most of the time they are in Arri standard mount, but are easy to use with a PL converter.

Here is one listed on Ebay now, but it is definitely overpriced.
