This is hands down the best light meter you can get for digital photography. It has both incident and spot metering. It also can trigger wireless strobes (the transmitter is built in). There are way to many features on this thing, for instance you can profile your camera (Red camera for example) and it will show you the dynamic range for your exposure.

It also has modes for use with cinema cameras with frame rates from 1-300fps.

Anyways, you already know about this meter. I bought it in a pinch as I couldn't get the meter I wanted at the time. This is in like-new condition, and comes with the padded waist holster and lanyard.

$425 shipped in the USA PM me.

I like the Cine version, for it has shutter angle mode.

Is there anything that DR can do more ?

José

The DR doesnt have complex shutter adjustment in angle's, only fraction/sec. (aside from 180degree shutter in cine mode based on fps) Shutter angle conversion can easily be done in your head;

i.e. at 24fps

180= 1/48
144= 1/60
90= 1/96
44= 1/196 (or 1/200)

The DR and the Cine same meter with different software. The cine version would be better when working with analog film, But this meter here would be way more than you need for digital cinematography. (and the best meter for still photography)

The main difference is that this unit comes with the radio transmitter to trigger a strobe, something that doesn't come on the cine version standard.
