  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I have searched forums but cannot find any info. Is there a problem ingesting RED files over 5 mins in length using log and transfer? Anyone any ideas ?
 
Check how your drives are formated. Should be HFS +. Id be very suprised if it were anything else but some file systems wont support files over 2Tb.

safe bet would be to transcode. if u use xml and edl, u can transcode to something easy on our machine and then swap when finished with uncompressed.
