I import shooted clips in FCP and sinchronise it with sound, when it is synchronised i make a separate sequence for each clip.
I make a new sequence for editing, and put in new sequence my sequences with sinchronised sound, edite, but when i export an EDL from my sequence it says that i have a nested clips in my sequence and all data for nested clips will be lost.

I worked in Avid, before, and there i can to have as many subsequences as i want, and all source data is keept.
May be in FCP is some another method of work?

Thank you

Hi Serge, if you want "lock and sync" a clip video with some audio, you can select both and hit command-L (or option-L ... Don't remember now).
Btw, you don't need to nest a sequence. In this case you don't loose Tc...

How about your shoot?

Ciao, Corrado.

It's cmd-l. Not too sure what the best way of redoing everything would be, I would think that (horrible as it sounds) the easiest way might be to rebuild from scratch. Although if you're pretty far along in editing maybe going to each shot and noting the actual timecode in and out points and clip names might speed things up. That way you could rebuild exactly what you have quickly.
