The sensor was not responsible for the crash of the UFO. It merely recorded the Alien bachelor party that was underway on the craft's bridge at the time of the crash. I heard the 4K footage contains nudity, so don't expect to see it posted anytime soon.

Actually they were made by IBM. From what I've been told RED purchased the sensor from IBM and the technology that was used to make it was declassified from the DoD and was used for spy imagery and recon.
