New sensor

[Felipe Jaco]

Will in the near future RED ONE be shipped with new sensor or we have to specify that. I see that old ones can be sent back for replacing sensor.
What will be the price of RED with new sensor.

[Lexicon]

It will come in the camera. If your camera ships before they start using the sensor, you will have to send it in. There won't be any choosing, at least not according to what I've read here.

[Jarred Land]

what are you guys talking about?

[Evin Grant]

I think they're referring to the Mysterium X upgrade program.

[Ramesh Jai]

what are you guys talking about?

LOL! Now this is funny

[Jannard]

The Mysterium-X upgrade for the RED ONE will happen after Epic is released.

[Jarred Land]

There will be no RED ONE cameras shipping anytime soon with the Mysterium X Sensor... The Upgrade program does not start till the end of 2009....

[Sven Seynaeve]

I suppose it's just a logical step to give epic the advantage.

[Felipe Jaco]

That's great.
