Bug: Snapshot

When I try to use the snapshot feature in RedCine with "Snap mode" set to "Image" then I get this (see attachment) no matter if I've select jpeg or tiff.

I'm using RedCine 3.12 and this was shot on Build 16 - in 4k, 24 fps, 2:1.

Same problem here, but yours at least have colour, mine are all black and white :help:

Hi all...have this issue been resolved?
I get the same results with 4k 2:1, on a standard Dell computer 3 months old. Output to Quicktime 2k:1.

but with a two years old bi-xeon 3.2ghz 2gb, and a ati graphic board

mine does the same thing on video output... rather annoying...
