  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Now we RED owners, can play back in camera 1080/1920...out the HDSDI .... cool.... what if I take the camera over to my friend who has a final cut system that digitizes HDSDI input? do I beat the rendering bugaboos and get instant footage in good looking HD on his drive...:cold: :cold: :cold: or
will it look totally stupid or not digitize.... intend to check it out next week anyone else done this.... we have an opportunity to shoot stuff that needs to be delivered by the evening of the shoot.... in HD.... or I can just rent another day on the
Panasonic/Sony HD cameras....

Should work just fine .. assume he has an AJA Kona card?

Only issue is the output is true P and not PsF. so needs the latest AJA drivers.

I have recently purchased the AVID Media Composer 3.0 and the Mojo DX appliance for one of our workstations.

The DX has HD-SDI inputs. Am I hearing that build 17 gives me full 1920x1080 out on the SDI connection?
