  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hello

I'm a DoP owner of a couple of 35mm format Cooke Zooms for sale.
These are:

Cooke Varotal 20-100 T 3 (PL mount) in very good conditions with 15mm rod support
Cooke 25-250 T4 MARK II (PL mount) in excellent conditions with 15mm rod support just serviced by Cooke Optics Ltd in England.
The 20-100 has a brand new Pelican case and the 25-250 an A&J heavy duty flight case.
Make a (reasonable) offer

10 millions of dollars???? Do you know the sale price of these lenses??? Please note the lenses are in pristine conditions. Anyway, I'm willing to accept offers, as I posted (OBO remember?)

Damn that's at least 2.25x over current (already high) market value. Both of these lenses are great but offered to me for 4500US$ each by a rental house this May. I bought the 25-250.

The market has since gone up and both of these tend to go for 6K US$ plus now.

Good luck with the sale.
 
Hi Florian. I understand, but the high value of Euro is the problem: when I bought them I paid a lot of money. For USD 4500 I keep them for my old Arriflexes...

I assume at that price it comes with a big tub of vaseline. Whoever pays that much is going to need it.
