RED Sticker Shippment to portugal??!! I see RIGHT?!

[JorgeDeSilva]

I just go to red.com and trying to buy a ticker 3inch, i live in portugal, but the shipment cost is 76,01 dollars???!!! lololol I buy so many things from USA, some heavy things and nothing is like this price... for a sticker??!! c'mon guys... Red team must have another company mail to small things like this...

Can someone send me the sticker without stealing me?! lololol

I hear you Jorge. I think everything automatically goes out FEDEX as that's what they are set up for. I would say this is their minimum charge.

I would only suggest getting these items with a bigger order.

[Martin Weiss]

If you get heavy things shipped for under $150, I'd really like to find out whom you are using.

That said, it is also not a good idea to order just a tshirt...

No bigger order until Scarlet! so i think that RED for small thigs like Merchandising have to have the opction to normal , express mail... not Fedex! My last import from usa its a heavy strutbar for my car, i only pay 30dollars! OMG.... and i have that in a week!

Man that doesn't make sense at all... i understand if i want to buy a RED camera that price in no problem... but until scarlet no big orders...

[jimhare]

Again, I hear you, but they don't have the infrastructure for it.

They are set up to ship high value items. Maybe ask a local user to pop into the now-open RED STORE and pick one up for you.

Stickers and shirts etc. are just a courtesy, not their core business.

[Martin Weiss]

But seriously, whom are you using?

I get a fair amount of things from the States, and would love to save some on the often deal-breaking shipping charges.

[JorgeDeSilva]

This is totally bad... but ok... i hope that RED can correct this little things...

[jimhare]

It's not bad, I disagree. They aren't in the shirt and sticker business.

Martin, if you can get people to ship USPS (normal post) you will get good rates.

?! man, that's merchandising, all company's have, all company's sells, with regular shipping! So if a sell cars i have to sell and add the same shipment as i use to the cars... be real man..., i understand your point, but in real thats not good... will wait some RED feedback, and later try to see anyone that live near the RED store...

[jimhare]

Cool. I do hear what you're saying, I really do.

I get frustrated when they send out one backordered item at a time, even though it adds $100 shipping for each one.

Best of luck!

Jim

[JorgeDeSilva]

I understand

But as Jim says... This company want their customers Happy, i'm a future one with Scarlet, so maybe things will chance in mail area! hiihi Let's hope finding someone that can help me in USA nearly RED store =)

[JorgeDeSilva]

Anyone from RED can have a look at this little problem??!!

Same thread is in scarletuser.com. Same applies with what I posted there:

"A couple of things....

One, it is pretty expensive if you want the sticker sent via FedEx Intl Priority. We are looking at other carrier options for cheaper, smaller product like stickers, t shirts, bolts sets, focus hook sets, etc.

Two, we just printed a lot more stickers so more of those should be going out shortly."

We evolve as demand evolves. We hear you. We'll work on it.

Thanks a lot, as always tried to put customer happy! I wish the same when i have bought scarlet, and have some minor problems to solve

[Alexander Christ]

UPS Worldwide Saver is below half the cost of FedEx Priority. I ordered this way several times from shops in the US and it took 3-5 days for delivery.

Sounds good. I've been waiting for a cool coffee mug that I can bring to shoots with the RED
