  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Redrock MB delivery????? Whats the deal???

I have two different tracking FED EX tracking numbers.....neither of which track a package.:help:
 
I guess I'm one step better off anyway. I have a tracking number that tracks a real package that was never picked up!:tongue:
 
I don't even have a tracking number, even though I was promised that the matte box would ship on Monday. And of course there's no reply to my E-mails. Let's just hope they are all busy helping hurricane refugees.

Hi guys!

I ordered the RR Mattebox earlier on May, and I just got it last week,
but then there are something missing again, I been order the RR filter set,
while I got from RR, there were 2 pic of ND0.6 filter, and I been send mail to asking about mistake, and got feedback from the sale dept they gonna send me the mistake send item ND0.6 soft Grade, till now I still can't get it, just wondering about the RR shipping dept...

Here is what you get when trying to track either package. One was supposed to be shipped on Monday the other on Tuesday.

From FED EX:
"Not found
No information for the following shipments/FedEx Kinko's orders has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service. "

Well, it's been another week without a matte box, a tracking number or any kind of communication from Redrock. Brian seems to be ignoring me as well.
I have now decided that I will not go begging after them any more. I have sent them one last E-mail announcing that I will cancel my order if they do not ship before the end of September.

I have been patient for five months, but now I've had it.

Yes there seems to be a handful of matteboxes slated for shipping sept 15th with notifications sent out. Everyone who has pm'd me has a response now and a ship date.
