  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Well I've been holding back celebrating as I ponder some recent losses in equity. But the future looks bright....

I believe we get bumped up on the 22nd, which is today! We get the new soundboards (audio); we get 'the goods' right out of the box, with a fantastic build 17 right around the corner. What a great time to get a cam!

Post, I hope, tries and succeeds to keep pace with aquisition (3rd party-crasher-like).... Congrats to all new owners! Post pics and enjoy yourselves!!
 
FYI, second email just blasted to #3151-#3400. We will start order processing for that group today.

I wish that Norwegian broadcasters paid that sort of money for documentaries... No, this project is more of a love-child than a commercial production.

In early November we've been offered a unique possibility to film for a week in a very special location (sorry that I have to be so vague), and renting a One for 10 days would just not be financially feasible.

Hey Mizael, thats great news. A matter of days and a new chapter begins.

I read on another thread that you have put your kit together with purchases from a number of different places; CF cards, Nikon lenses, LCD etc. I'm also looking at what other deals exist out there. I'm interested to hear of what deals you may have come across. Could you PM me or email joecaroldarcy@mac.com with any info on what you have come across. Thanks.

ITS HERE, What a hassle to get it from FedEx, I just wanted TODAY, so i went to pick it up, credit card didnt work to pay taxes, had to call Bank, they de flagged my card and bobs your mother's brother.

Im sitting here looking at it! ITS A BEAUTY!!!!!!

Thanks to the entire Red team, especially Chad and Marco, who I dealt with and ofcourse the mastermind, CHEERS MATE!!!!!!!

3380 arrived today! no problems.

I received an email with drive info, guess what, ready to ship!
Awesome... although I must say we made some tests with 2451 yesterday an something weird happened, we heard the audio on headphones but when downloaded to the computer it was at a very low level. Crazy because some of the files were fine but most of them were screwed. So I suggest once you have your camera do some tests and verify everything before you go to a shoot.
