Prime lens VS Nikon lens with lighting

Is there a difference between the Prime lens f2.8 and Nikon lens f2.8 in same lighting condition ?

You may find a slight color difference, more ca on the Nikon, and perhaps some edge to edge sharpness differences - all of which may cause concern for the purists, but in most uses, it is not as apparent.

No i mean the light sensitivity
i am still not use the red prime lens .. now i am using nikon lens but it needs more lighting than sony xdcam ex1 why?

I think the EX1 is rated at ISO400 in progressive mode and ISO800 interlaced.

That explains the difference.
