How do you go from REDCINE to FCP?? PLEASE HELP

I was just wondering what is the best way to go from color correcting files in REDCINE and then transferring them to FCP for the edit? Like what settings should I use in the output of REDCINE?

RedCine can convert to whatever formats you currently have codecs for. Apple's ProRes and H.264 are great intermediate codecs if you're looking to transcode to a video file.
