  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

This seems to work great to make prores files. Is there something I'm missing as to why this wouldn't be used as the main way to convert the r3d files?

I guess you can't have window burn, is that it?
 
Because it doesn't let you go through with vast grading control as other choices. If you shot the footage with already perfect looks then L&T would be fast way to ingest footage.
 
True - or if we were going to have a whole other CC step in post after we lock, knowing we will edit with a temp look. Does that make sense?
