  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

SAN DIEGO Red Collective

Either Monday or Tuesday will work for me...

It will be very cool to hang out with your guys and compare notes. Lookin' forward to it! San Diego has been my home several times and still feels like my second home...

Meet up tonight Monday Aug. 19th 6pm

Meet up tonight Monday Aug. 19th 6pm

Looks like its Monday night, that would be tonight - yikes. Please let know if you're coming, I'm going to have some food brought in.

Alacrity Media is at 2171 India Street in Little Italy, we are in Suite D upstairs. The code to get in the outer door is 21713*. Call 619.222.1337 FFI or email my operations manager alacrityamy (at) gmail.com to RSVP.

6 PM is the nominal start time but due to evening traffic issues we know some of you will not get there until 6:45 or so.

Issues on the table will be general user group info sharing and a discussion about fostering San Diego based PL lens availability. FYI there is a move to have a 5 lens Ultra Prime set in town!

Anyone interested here in producing a short film shot on RED? I live in SD and am going to shoot my next short here in town. I'm looking to go into pre-production in October after the script is finalized and was wondering if anyone wants to further their expertise in producing? PM me and take a look at my past work on my site.
