  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

best way to film [a dark night sky] the air attack

Bear in mind that the RED has quite a heat signature that will be easily visible to targeting systems.

You won't see the aircraft at night but you will see the bang.

If you expect aerial or artillery bombardment pick a building or location that is a likely target and roll on it 24 hours a day from a safe position.

However, one way to target a building is to paint it with IR light so aircraft can see it it at night so bear in mind that local forces would consider you a possible spotter for the other side.

Statistics reveal that sticking with troops from one side or the other is safer than doing your own thing.

Modern warfare is more deadly to journalists.
More journalists and cameramen killed in Gulf war than WWII, Bosnia-Herzegovina also claimed more lives than WWII.

Consider recording the events from a particular individual's perspective.

best wishes,

Mike Brennan
