I have set up a couple of renders in red cine, left for the night, and came back
the next day to find files that are freeze frames. I have build 16, the latest red cine, and the latest red code. Today I had 4 events that worked perfectly, but events 5-7 are large quicktime files of frozen footage. Any body else have this problem?

I am exporting as 1080 29.97 pro rez hq

thanks

Yes, there are more than two people having this problem.

Although You will find some suggestions to solve the problem round here (like deleting the red folder or reinstalling the software), you might get the same results as before. Like me.

I am desperately waiting for a redcine update, because i like its proper preview capabilities.

I guess they are working hard on it. Best way for now seems to be using redalert/redrushes for export. Good luck!

This is what somebody on the forum suggested and it worked for me - on your computer go to LIBRARY and find the REDCINE folder and delete it.

Hope it works for you too.
