Instead of timecode starts from beginning to the end of project with clips line up, I d like to add separate timecode starts on each clip.

Any helps? Thanks in advanved

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you are using edgecode. There are two time code tracks, edgecode and timecode. Edgecode starts at 1 hour for each new roll and is continuous across clips. So if one clip ends at frame 22, the next clip will start at frame 23.

If you switch over to timecode, you will get a time of day timecode from the internal clock or you can jam sync it from an external source. Now your TC will be more unique and discontinuous across clips.

Depending on workflows, there could be additional timecodes as well that are useful for tracking. With Scratch or ScratchCine, a construct will have its own timecode that is different from TOD and edgecode. If a music video, then there is a playback timecode. If doing an SD offline, then there is a converted timecode in addition to 24. Then the record side is a whole other issue when dealing with universal mastering. Flexibility in metadata management is key to any of the downstream processes and one should not have to choose, but have access to all of them as needed.
