Best Of Both Worlds ????

Hi !
I shoot a film with RED mid September. Was wondering if Build 16 would released by then....OR probably a build say BUILD 15.5 that has the best of both the worlds ( I KNOW I AM KINDA PUSHING MY LUCK TOO MUCH) :clown2: ... ETA on Build 16 Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee.

We have just shot 20 hours of footage on latest build 16, Helicopters mounts, Libra head tracking, in the snow, in the desert... not a single hick up and we are still shooting strong.

EXCEPT FOR OUR PRESTON ON-OFF BUTTON stopped working (camera end) and the my beloved EVF packed it in. HELP RED!!!!!

Other wise camera and all the images are perfect.

The current b16 beta is very stable if not as stable as b15.

There will be no b15.5 as that generation of firmware is soon to be a dinosaur.

As in extinct.

THATS GREAT !!! I would wanna go ahead with it, but the RED team does not recommend that. Also there is no going back to Build 15 once you upgrade to Build 16.
