  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

We just face a problem since this morning with a RED ONE. The camera refuses to switch on, wathever we use Battery or Main power adapter.
Did somebody had this problem before ? How can we solve it ? Some kind of 3 buttons combination to reset ? ...or some hidden breaker to switch on ?

we got the same problem today! what do we do?!? what build did you run?
 
our camera is still dead... we were running build 16....
 
something you can try is to unplug everything and then push the power button a few times. then plug back in the power connector and try and boot up, if there is nothing, then it's time to pack up your camera and ship it back. Obviously, call RED first to make sure there is nothing else to check.
