Can't Focus EVF

[barnstormerfilms]

We have an EVF that can't be focused... The collar won't rotate at all. Haven't had a chance to take it apart yet but anyone know any quick fixes?

Thanx,

If the collar won't rotate at all, we actually will have to open up the EVF to check it out. I can't think of an in-the-field fix....
