weird blurry frame bug

don't know if it's build 16 specific but did a 113FPS redcode28 3000 frames long shot on a CF card, and got some problems on a couple of frames.
It s like those frame have been ultra heavely compressed ( like a youtube video ) ??? it's very quick, like 1 frame long, but hapens like 3 times in the entire shot.
any help?
