Ugrip?

I ordered a UGrip package a couple of weeks ago. All I have heard from them is the stock email reply that said, 'your order should ship in a few days'. I have tried emailing them to ask for updates, but have not heard back at all. Anyone from UGrip here that can help me out?

I finally received mine yesterday - I think they were holding off shipping because they were missing one part of the kit that arrived late last week.

Same story here: ordered RED grip kit on May 22nd, no shipment or message yet. I finally emailed them 2 days ago and got a reply the next day that they had been suffering from backlog but my order would now ship on Friday (June 27th)
