Question: Creating a "Click Track" in Final Cut Studio

A friend of mine asked I could create a "click track" to go along side a music video his wife has had produced, allowing a live band to keep in sync as she sings onstage with the video projected behind her on a screen. I figured I'd ask the Brain Trust...

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this either in FCS or just on a Mac in general?

Do you have a device to create the click track? a metronome or drum set?

If so just record the output in FC like any other audio source.
