Is anyone able to use timelapse other than Drew?

I've tried timelapse options several times, clips aren't loading, or aren't in their folders, camera is locking up..

What's working for you guys?

I tried a shot recently that DIDN"T work out. B15. 1 second interval, 1/4 second exposure. Shooting 4K 2:1 on red drive at redcode 36.

It appeared as an event when i tried to playback but would never play back. Given the number of playback issues with the red drive i figured it was probably there. It wasn't. The editor tells me there was only a 32Kb file.

bummer.

Yeah, im sure that there is some combination that DOES work. Is there a list of published KNOWN issues somewhere rather than buried in amongst the noise of this board ?

Really really annoying when it's unrepeatable.

Having problems with B16 timelapse... files not showing up .....Sometimes.

So what exactly are you doing?

Beta 16 4K 16:9 Redcode 28 to CF card Timelapse in interval setting

Various shutter speeds from 1/60th to 1 second

All at 1 second interval

Out of 13 shots 6 folders had nothing in them other 7 shots fine.

For now, on Beta Build 16 you need to stay away from 1 second exposure.(shutter speed)

O.K. Thanks for the heads up Stuart. Settings all work fine in Build 15 ... But you probably already know that.

I have recorded several timelapse shots on build 16.

4K 2:1 1/6 shutter. RC 28 The last one was a 7 hour TL with no problems on playback either.

Will post if I find anything.

David

Make sure you are set to interval and not One shot. (but you probably already know that)

Gotta make sure that the timelapse is set to INTERVAL instead of ONE SHOT. Also have to make sure that its set to UNIQUE frames. These should be the default settings, but they're not.
